  • Omega 3 fatty acids: Studies into the efficacy of omega 3s did show that people who took the supplement more than three times a week for at least three months were at a 12 percent lower risk of SARS-Cov2 infection. There were similar findings produced in studies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Sweden.
